How long has RWC Property Services been managing properties?
RWC Property Services was established in 2014. Our founder, Raymond Ong, is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has specialized in residential property management since 2005 and brings more than 30 years of real estate experience.
What types of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and small residential apartment buildings throughout the Bay Area.
What areas do you serve?
We serve property owners across Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, Fremont, and the surrounding Bay Area communities. We do not currently manage properties in San Francisco, Berkeley, or Oakland.
What are your management fees?
Our standard management fee is based on a percentage of the rent we collect. Every property is a little different, so reach out and we'll put together a customized proposal that fits your property and your goals.
Do you handle maintenance?
Yes. We coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, renovations, and emergency service through a network of trusted, licensed vendors we've worked with for years.
How do you screen tenants?
Every applicant goes through a thorough review that includes credit, income, employment, rental history, identity verification, and a background check, all applied consistently and in line with Fair Housing law.
